Like I wrote before, very good. The person that handle my order and had contact with me (Jigna) managed to delivered the feeling of trust, care and service, fast answered email and fast delivery. The only thing that I want to complain about is the possibilities to offer cheaper freight to the customer. In this case it was to a colleague to me, he ordered two pair of shoes and he thought he would get the low freight cost of 8GBP but he didnt so he got the expensive one at 25GBP. Here is the little problem, why didnt anyone at your company delivered the order in two seperatly packages for a amount of 16GBP?
