Disappointed items were not available that were advertised on web site and wrongly priced.

I have used the excellent services of Nature Shop a few times and have had prompt and friendly service. Unfortunately my last order was delayed due to the items not being available although advertised on the web-site. Also on a previous order the items on the web site were wrongly priced. eg.

I really do apologize, there seem to be an error with our website not updating pricing for some of our Keen shoes properly.
Unfortunately we cant offer you to exchange to the pair that you really wanted, Tarhgee 2 as we don't seem to have your size in stock.

Other than the website problems the Nature Shop service has been excellent and I would certainly recommend them.
