SENT USED, BROKEN HARDWARE CLAIMING 'NEW'.

I bought a Tritton Trigger Xbox 360 headset. It was the last in stock and I was super excited to have grabbed it! When it arrived though it wasn't sealed. I shrugged it off, maybe it got damaged in transport or something, but then when I open the box is STANK of stale cigarettes.

The wires were tangled, the codes inside were used, and the boxed was ripped and torn inside where someone had hastily stuffed it all back in before. The worst part? After I plugged it in the damn headset didn't even work. This was clearly returned previously and then just resold.

I've had issues with ShopTo before and this was the final straw. Don't do it. Don't be lured in with the allure of cheap prices. Awful product, terrible service, and I would NEVER buy from them again. Ever.
