My mother has sent me 3 Christmas parcels of which 2 have arrived 7 days ago. The driver mentioned to our reception "the third one would be delivered" either same day(?) or next day. Well it's been 7 days now and the parcel hasn't arrived and that's were the fun starts. I've contacted my nearest depot (which delivered the other 2) in Livingston and was greeted or not by a very unfriendly lady. I've explained the situation and after a while she mentioned the parcel was damaged in the hub and I should contact DX 01902-603666. Well the lady there told me first the parcel never has arrived - which is a lie as the parcel could been tracked to DX. The next person then told me the truth that the parcel got damaged. The best would be to ask the sender for a replacement (!!!!). Well I explained that the sender is my mother and I really would like to know what's happen to my parcel. I was then put forward to the "International" department where no one picks up the phone. I phoned various times (ringing the mainline - choosing option 1 "customer care" - waiting up to 10 minutes before someone picks up) and the same again, getting some voice mail. Although the voice mail gives you a mobile number of one of the staff I managed to speak only once to a guy who said he would look into it. Well haven't heard anything. Tried since the mainline and 2 different mobile phone number but no one picks it up and finally the office is closed. That's a terrible customer service and no customer care at all - and I still don't know WHAT'S HAPPEN TO MY PARCEL!!!!
