Interparcel

Disappointed as have used this service in the past and was very pleased

I was having an antique door couriered and knew the risk with glass as they will not cover for this under their insurance which is fair enough. The glass was broken by the time it arrived but more disappointingly a bag that was attached to the parcel with keys, parts of locks etc was missing and never found so basically i had a useless door! The door had been well wrapped by the seller but it had been clearly been banged around as the corrogated plasticised card was badly damaged....a complete disrespect for other people's property by someone within the company as i know that the item didnt start it's life looking like this as the seller had sent me a photo of it all packaged up before it left. Really disappointed as i got my money back for the item but, to be honest, it's an antique so irreplaceable :(( Staff were helpful though.
