Haven't received my order

Dear Beautybay,
I requested a refund for my lost order № 1067878 from 11/12/2012. It's been 11 days that I e-mailed the completed Lost Orders Claim form to you, but the amount hasn't been credited to my account.
Just tired to get automatic e-mails from you. Please do something.
