Impressed first time, not so much anymore

I was impressed first time. I got my order the next day. This time though it is taking 5 days for my order to come?!?!? I am not sure why the difference in time. Yeah the free samples are ok but really I am not sure I get enough free stuff to amount to what shipping costs. I have mixed feelings about this place now.
