There are a lot of bad reviews of their claims process across the web, but I had not issues whatsoever with them. I needed a new screen after I dropped my phone and cracked it, the process was smooth and efficient, 3 working days after I claimed and sent through my proof of purchase it was approved and the phone was returned to me within 4 working days.
All the staff I dealt with via telephone and e-mail were incredibly helpful and polite.
