Quick, incredibly helpful service.

There are a lot of bad reviews of their claims process across the web, but I had not issues whatsoever with them. I needed a new screen after I dropped my phone and cracked it, the process was smooth and efficient, 3 working days after I claimed and sent through my proof of purchase it was approved and the phone was returned to me within 4 working days.

All the staff I dealt with via telephone and e-mail were incredibly helpful and polite.

We do measure the process and ensure the majority of claims run smoothly and quickly, but unfortunately it is the nature of the industry that unhappy customers will understandably shout the loudest.
