the website was helpful and easy to use in choosing the scooters we were looking which were prizes to a competition we had held.

No Groan with my phone
We came across xln by accident, they were the provider in a shop we bought and the phone was the last thing we got round to sorting out. We rang BT for a comparison and they wouldn't come down that last couple of pounds to match xln, so even though we didn't know anything about the company we stayed - what did we have to lose, BT were only a phone call away.
Since that day, just over a year ago, we have switched our other 3 shops to XLN and the office Phone and Broadband - we set the router up ourselves, it came ready to go and in ten minutes it was sorted, no loss of service - brilliant, as tech stuff isn't my thing !!.
We have No compllaints whatsoever. The service is fast and efficient with text updates giving contact numbers in case of a problem, which thankfully we have not had to use.
