Good prices but my order didn't arrive the first time and had to be re-dispatched

The prices are good on the website and the quality of the products is very good but my order didn't arrive the first time, I waited for 15 working days as indicated by the support pages on the website then got in touch to explain that my order didn't arrive and was told to wait another 3 days before reporting the failed delivery. Thankfully at that stage the order was re-dispatched immediately and sent via tracked mail.
