Great customer service, I've never had to queue to get though to their call center

Their customer service is fantastic, the only thing I could say they could improve is their online banking interface.

I've been with O2 for 2 years

I haven't had a problem with them. I like the fact that I can manage my account and email them rather than having to call a call center. They usually phone me back when I email too!

Item never arrived

It contacted them several times over the course of a month, but never got a reply. I ended up having to go through my debit card company to get a refund. Useless.
