I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.
After receiving the turbo trainer I ordered for my husband, which looked as though it had been run over a few times on arrival, my email complaining was ignored, acknowledged once, then ignored and I've not heard anything since. I have chased this up 4 times now.
I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. And I have never ever left a review for any company I've ordered from online, but I just feel very strongly about this one. I will continue to place bad reviews on as many websites as possible until I'm actually acknowledged.
