This is what they told me after sending the wrong bouquet, half withered flowers on the wrong day,
"I understand what you are saying but I have to follow all company policies under all circumstances, it was explained to you that this may happen and you had agreed to this before placing your order with us, if you had read this and was worried you may not get what you had ordered then you should have called us or emailed us so we can check for you."
Stay far away from this company, they've written me 3 times with excuses all I requested was a refund for their mistake.
