quite tasteless months supply too much no space for it bored with lunches especially

The food arrives in one monthly haul and i dont have the space to store it, the food is quite bland and im bored already so going off track. If im busy out and about the lunch choices are not good, i miss just having a sandwich which i can eat on the go! i dread to think how many preservatives they have in because the dates are so long on the food, im not used to convenience food so i worry about the quality and whether there is any horse meat or other in the dinners with all the latest findings. I miss home cooked food. I dont like fact i have to remove the dinners from the containers before putting them in the oven, I dont like microwaves!! I was really hoping diet chef would work for me but it isnt and i am really really down about it. I wish the food was fresher and delivered on a weekly basis especially the dinners and lunches.

We do try to cater for as many tastes as possible, so if you have meals you wish to exchange we do operate a 21 day exchange policy.

With regard to your specific queries, we have minimal preservatives in our meals, we prepare the meals in such a way that they are sealed in bacteria free environment to allow longer shelf live.

In light of the recent press coverage around horse meat, I have provided a copy of a statement issued by our CEO and Founder.
