I have struggled with weight loss for many of years and have tried numerous diets which i will not name, but then I gave diet chef a go and OMG!!!!! i wished i found this years ago. I tried the 4 monthly package hampers and you can pick exactly the food you like and how many up to the 28 day limit but its great. I did 3 months of the diet first time and lost a total of 34 lbs (last month was here and there as was away). I have recently rejoined diet chef and on my first week and lost 2lbs again.
The food is great really tasteful and full of flavours.
Having this diet (which to me isn't a diet) allows you to use the extra calories on something you might like, ie yoghurt's, vegetables, fruit, rice, potatoes and pasta. And if you feeling a bit of deprived from chocolate if you have enough calories left over then have the odd bar every so often, but they do have good chocolate snacks in there hampers.
OH AND IM NEVER HUNGRY IN BETWEEN MEALS!!!
