Every time I have ordered from Beauty Bay the experience has been fine with no problems. On one occasion, however, I had ordered the wrong colour of make up. I had needed this quickly and had paid extra for next day delivery. Granted, this was my own fault. However, the returns process was terrible. I had asked over the phone if I sent my products back fast track would I receive the right colour back asap? I emailed back and forth and never received anything for 3 weeks. Very disapointed.
