stuff doesn't arrive, and no where to complain

They have repeatedly delivered my packages to an incorrect address, and refuse to allow consumers to contact them directly so the packages can be tracked. Instead, you have to go through the store, causing extra delays.

Couldn't receive the product because of their shipping company choice!

I paid for next day delivery, and although I ordered inexpensive items the shipping company (without my prior knowledge) insisted on a signature before leaving the package. Since I wasn't home, they would not leave it (and of course never told me when the delivery would be taking place). When I tried to have it re-delivered the following day, they wanted £45! I had to cancel the order, because I needed the items for a trip and didn't have time to wait an additional day. VERY disappointed with the choice of shipping company--can't really rate the product, since I never received it.
