ongoing distaster

not usually one for reviewing things online, but this is genuinely one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. not only have the flowers i paid for (with an extra 'before 2pm' delivery charge) never arrived, no one from the website has responded to any email or 'live chat' message, im sat here almost a week later with no flowers, no money and most of all absolutely no idea whats going on?!
