I bought the flashing lights scooter mid-december for my daughter's Christmas present. The scooter came in a bashed up box with no invoice, instructions or anything. After 20 minutes use on Christmas Day the drive belt snapped. I emailed the company several times without response. When I contacted them through the website they promptly sent a replacement drive belt but no instructions. I didn't know where to start replacing it and asked for instructions. These were emailed but without pictures (which were referred to in the instructions). I asked again and was sent the pictures. I still couldnt work out how to change the drive belt and asked if the scooter could be exchanged. I was told there was nothing further the company could do as the drive belt is a consumable item. It is February 18th today, more than two months after I bought the scooter and we have used it for 20 minutes. I've been really polite and patient with this company and waited until now to complete this feedback as I was hoping they would have taken one of the opportunities to put things right.
Today I am contacting trading standards and my credit card company to see if they can help. I won't be treated like this.
