Website was easy. Flowers were ordered to partners work and I had chosen before noon as she finished at 2 and I was given my 1 hour time slot between 11-12 and they came on time. Partner was very pleased.
Only issue was that I ordered a vase and it didn't come but they got back to me within minutes and offered a redelivery or a refund so was pleased with the customer service.
Would use again!
I often sell using eBay and always send items recorded due to a few ''missing'' items in the past. I thought sending items recorded was my insurance, a confirmation of delivery, so that no buyer could deny it was delivered. I have recently lost £35 (which I'll claim) because Royal Mails staff were too lazy to ask for a signature, they just posted the item. Now the buyer claims they haven't received the item and the tracking number just states ''still being processed'' after 45 days! Obviously a not so reliable service. This is the fourth/sixth item Royal Mail have ''lost'' in around 100 items.
