We are a small company looking to change couriers from parcel force who we find really expensive. I tried My hermes out on a weeks trial. I had 8 parcels to send out. 4 arrived damaged, 1 was left in the wet. One told one of our franchisees we had sent it damaged (she knew we wouldn't have and contacted us). I wrote and complained but didn't get anything back. Not one to write off someone straight away I just thought they may have had a bad week so the next week I sent another 4 parcels to give them a second chance. 2 out of the 4 damaged and one was left outside a garage door on a main road. The recipient couldn't believe it hadn't been stolen. Complained again. No response. I wrote exactly this review on their website and it has been removed - they only have 5 or 4 star responses on there!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - unfortunately you get what you pay for.
