each time order sent to WRONG delivery address! even after specifying the address and asking them to check details?
although service was quick and products have been good.

We agree this is a bad point and we are working to sort out.
Its only when order with royal mail we need to manually type all details in, interlink we auto generate the labels so there is no human error.
We are hoping at the end of the month when we move to the new royal mail system we will have this finally sorted out.
