Absolutey Incompetent

This company must be one of the worst companies i have ever had to deal with. Let me tell you about this debacle. I had to return a knee brace that was the wrong size i contacted the company by e mail ,I wasthen sent an adress to return the item to. This was in Glasgow despite my daughter being in Chichester and myself being in Jersey ( have they not heard of a map or Google ) .Despite numerous attempts to arrange for a return ( 3 different e mail address offered and still no email returns label) the company set about arranging for a courier to collect on Monday the 18th . This request was received late Sunday The courier didn't turn up despite myself replying to an email which alledgedly was sent on Friday morning and i didnt receive until late Sunday evening saying that yes to the courier request for Monday . I even asked them to ring my daughter before the courier arrived and yes. What an absolute joke.
