Ordered a Samsung TV. Came with no UK power cable. Has taken 3 weeks to get them to send me a handful of crappy adaptors, when I've asked them to send the cable. I'd never use them again.
Update 08/01/13: Heard from a very friendly lady representative of Pixmania, who promised to sort it out. In the meantime, have received even more adaptors and while i have yet again explained it to the Rep (who promised to do something) - I still haven't got a UK cable for the TV. Thinking of reporting this to the Trading Standards office as a breach of contract and the appropriate Electrical safety Standards.......
Had a problem with a Joystick I bought from Gameseek about 18 months ago. Contacted manufacturer - 'not my problem mate'. Had a few exchanges with them (and to be fair they were correct), but advice was general. Went to Gameseek and voila! No hesitation, send it back to us & we'll sort it for you. Couldn't be more helpful. Top marks, guys ;-)
