Nice products, Very ordinary online service!

While I really like cologne and cotton products, I would be reluctant to order anything online from them again... Firstly, I was able to order a product that was actually out of stock and Secondly, their customer service is really ordinary! The last time I made an online order they sent the wrong thing... So, 2 not great experiences!
