the worst delivery of all time.

Dear WHOM may CONCERN :
I'VE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY LONG FOR THIS PARCEL. EVERY THING WAS scheduled FOR TODAY AS I HAVE NO TIME TO STAY IN OFFICE ALL DAY EVERYDAY.
I have been waiting all day long and now i see a note at the door .sorry we missed you.
i SUPPOSE, you have to be sorry. as i was waiting all the day for this parCel. i can't waste my time just becouse you didn't see the buzz or you didn't even try it. or you had some thing important to do and had no time for it.
this is unprofessional .
NOBODY CARE.NOBODY RESPOND.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused by non-delivery yesterday. I see that the parcels on on vehicle for delivery today between 1:40 and 2:40 today. Please email socialmedia@dpd.co.uk if you have any issues.
