Worst retail experience ever!

We ordered 2 beanbags from beanbag bazaar. The company attempted delivery seven times. At all points we were in the house, once the delivery company did not even bother to show up or call to let us know he was not planning on delivering. I understand this is not the fault of banbag bazaar but associating with incompetent logistics companies shows poorly on beanbag bazaar and will help beanbag bazaar lose customers. As much as the management tried to resolve the issue, it didnt help the situation. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer and Im sure we will not be the last.

We are sorry that you feel this way, I am aware that our Commercial Operations Manager was in contact with your husband personally and can see that after our carrier Yodel attempted and failed to deliver your order on several occasions she went on to organise redelivery with DPD who unfortunately were unable to gain a signature for delivery on 4 further occasions.

Although, as I am sure you will agree, errors do occur from time to time it is very unusual for failed delivery to occur so many times with separate carriers so to prevent you further inconvenience to yourselves and at the request of your husband we felt the only option was to cancel the order and process a full refund of all original purchase costs which we did.

Potential customers please refer to our 97% 5 star reviews for reassurance of our excellent attention to customer service in particular delivery.
