We ordered 2 beanbags from beanbag bazaar. The company attempted delivery seven times. At all points we were in the house, once the delivery company did not even bother to show up or call to let us know he was not planning on delivering. I understand this is not the fault of banbag bazaar but associating with incompetent logistics companies shows poorly on beanbag bazaar and will help beanbag bazaar lose customers. As much as the management tried to resolve the issue, it didnt help the situation. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer and Im sure we will not be the last.
