I ordered flowers on the 13/2 online, the delivery date stated 14/2 , great I thought and had them delivered to my wife's work address for a nice surprise on valentines day. The flowers were delivered a day late on the 15/2 and as my wife works part time she was not there to receive them . I ended up buying another bouquet of flowers for her on the 14/2. I have sent the company 2 x emails with no response. I wish I had stuck with what I know and used inter flora as I have never been let down by them. I would never use bloomindelightful again.
