AWFUL

Loved the website and ordered lovely bright wreath with gerberas for my Mum's funeral. Unfortunately what was delivered bore no resemblance to what I ordered. Absolutely no point in ordering specific item as I was told they will just use what is available! So it seems you are just ordering a shape really.
