As said above very happy with all aspects except I believed I had paid to have the £1000 xs covered in case I had a problem. The Avis rep at Knock airport said I could not have this so I had to pay € 38 more to cover it. This was unexpected so WHAT did I pay extra to Auto -Europe for ?
Lots of hyperbole on the website but I had trouble speaking to someone as they were so busy - then when I ordered nothing happened -felt we should have had better communication. On the day of delivery my wife had to ring the delivery company to find out when they were coming (despite them having my mobile) but they did arrive on time. Then left my shower doors in the drive attached to 2 pallets because I had not booked delivery inside - did not recall getting that option. I brought the shower door/side in but have now ro get rid of the pallets.
That was the delivery - have not unpacked the shower as waiting on installer.
