Washer / dryer broke within 1 year and we have a 2 year warranty. Clothes are no longer drying. It has been nearly 2 months and we are still awaiting for an engineer to call out and replace a couple of parts. It is very difficult to arrange a call out as LG outsource their repair work to a company called JTM and JTM outsource out to another company called 0800 Repairs. After several complaints was given the number of 0800 Repairs and arranged a call out myself rather than through LG. First visit engineer did not turn up and second visit has been cancelled. For a repair company it is ridiculous they do not work on weekends, meaning we have had to take time off work each time!
