I purchased flowers for my Mum's birthday (UK), placing my order from Australia. I paid for same day delivery. I received a delivery confirmation but the flowers didn't physically turn up. I contacted iflorist via on-line support and received no response, even by 2 days later. I called iflorist and they offered me a refund or the flowers delivered; the person had no idea why they hadn't been delivered. The flowers were then delivered 2 days later.
I emailed iflorist support as i was not happy. [Name Removed] (customer support) confirmed the flowers weren't delivered on time: "Due to transmission errors, your order got delayed".
Overall experience was not the best and I would expect at least the 'same day delivery' charges refunded as this was not carried out. As for my wasted time emailing and calling (from Australia), the disappointment for myself and my Mum not receiving her flowers on her birthday: I will leave that to you to decide an appropriate compensation.
