Ordered a small radiator on 7 Feb.After a week made 3 emails and 5 phone calls to find out reason for delay .All the phonecalls were answered and I was told they would get back to me. They never did
There customer service is terrible and I even begin to wonder if the company even exists.
Would I use again.What do you think!!
I expect more fobbing-off when I try to get a refund.Or maybe the promise of more return calls.
Strangely they got back to me the following day with an email and phonecall.my radiator would arrive the next day. Waited in all day and guess what NOTHING
It didnt arrive the day after either.I sent 2 more e mails and will contact the credit card company to advise of these problems and hopefully place a block on this site.
Its either a scam site OR the customer service is NON EXISTENT.
