Awful service!!!!!

I ordered a dewalt dcn690 nailgun. It took over a week to arrive. Then when I come to use it it was faulty. I rang customer service to arrange a refund or exchange, and I was told its down to me to ring the manufacture to get it replaced or repaired and I'm still waiting to get it back 2 week later. It should of been swapped soon as I found out it was faulty.any other shop would of swapped it or replaced it. It's been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Never again be warned!!!!
