Great quality medals but a little slow on delivery
Overall the quality of the medals was great but I felt the delivery time (a week & a half) was a bit excessive for an online service. I would use again though!

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on Wednesday 6th Feb at 1337hrs and you selected a standard delivery with an estimated delivery date of Friday 15th Feb.
We did have quicker delivery options but these were not selected.
We have various options for delivery as we have to make sure we prioritise orders where customers have presentation dates to meet. We despatched your order on the 13th Feb., 5 working days after the order was placed.
I can see that you did not have engraving and as such I agree we could have sent it out the same day if required - next time feel free to call and ask if it can go out earlier, we will always do so if schedules allow.
