Everything worked well until they said they're making payment for only one of the phones I sent.
After I queried this further, they claim they never received the second phone even though it was in the same package!
I guess this is how they make their extra cash... Won't be using them again!
UPDATE: The best is they just deleted a comment by someone else saying, "Take this as an example, I got the same automated response about my alleged crack." Seems like they do this regularly - when you send two phones you only get payment for one! - Looks like I can take this to Citizens Advice since it's a reoccurring issue!
TO ENVIROFONE: As I said in my email communication, I don't have the IMEI number (& neither does the network provider as I didn't get this phone from the network). And obviously the postage arrived because I received payment for one of the phones so it's irrevelent if there was Royal Mail tracking or not as obviously you received the package!
