Excellent and reliable

We chose to buy a thermostat barh mixer from bathempire which was delivered promptly. Both I and my wife like the new tap - good solid brass and the thermostat makes showering more enjoyable than before. Unfortunately, the flow valve broke and I was afraid that it would take a long time to get a replacement but bathempire have an excellent aftersales service and rhe part was delivered as promissed in under 48 hours. Great product, very competitive prices, impressive aftersales service.
