Rock + Run

Fast service, good stock, but returns process could be improved

I purchase quite a bit of kit from Rock and Run. Prices are competitive and delivery is quick. I'd much prefer it if the postage policy on returns covered postage as it does on exchanges. It could perhaps be a perk for ' loyal ' customers?
