Thank you for the review. The couriers always text to give you a 1 hour delivery slot within which they will deliver. They will always try to accommodate a particular request, however they are not always able to deviate from the time allotted to meet an individual requirement as the distance between deliveries and the route which they follow is pre-planned. As with your delivery if they are unable to obtain an answer from the delivery address they will leave a calling card to say with whom they have left it, or if they will call again.
