No communication and lack of customer care

I thought it would be nice to order some flowers for my fiancé and deliver them to her work place. However after ordering it I placed the order I received no confirmation if the flowers where delivered and when I phoned up it took me 20 mins to get through to a sales rep. This made me unhappy and I won't be using this service again in the future.
