Flowers for a very special birthday did not arrive and I had no notification of this - even four days later - other than no comment from my friend who would have phoned if she had received them! Courier tracking did not kick in. I had no computer access for four days and had to confirm myself that the delivery was not completed. I am so disappointed as it was a big deal birthday - I had no plan B - Who would? - and the order was from a group of us. My friend had nothing. So I'm getting a full refund which is what I would expect (and relieved it was given without a fuss ... it will take up to ten days ... hmmmm ... it didn't take ten days for me to pay for the order) ... but my confidence has gone with this company. Such a pity as the order looked great!
