RIP OFF , SCAM DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM (TORCH 9800)

I am so unhappy, I went with them on the compare website as they had a decent review said they paid the most with the quickest turn around of payment.

Non of that is true

They didnt send the envelope so i had to ring and request they send one.
They offered my £65 , sent the phone then an offer of £26.02 (PATTERN EMERGES (SEE REVIEWER BELOW) it as used but a reasonable condition blackberry torch 9800.
Then at no time did I ever read anywhere that they would chanrge £8.95 to return the phone . Who is going to do that , its robbery. Then I had to accept and it told me payment would be made usually within 72 hours but may take longer , on the original cmpare website it said 2 days via bank transfer. Why are these companies allowed to get away with it .
i AM GOING TO SPEND THE NEXT HOUR FINDING EVERY REVIEW SITE AND IF I HELP ONE PERSON TO GO ELSE WHERE I WILL HAVE DONE MY BIT!
