USELESS!!!!

Ordered turtlebeach headphone PX21 as a christmas present for husband, Received 1st set which turned out to be some stuff for the Wii, sent back on january 8th, emailed (at length) about how they were the wrong ones, told them which ones they were supposed to be. February 19th, recieved wrong item AGAIN, some cheap ass rip off version about £25 cheaper than the ones ordered. They either have no management to speak of or are just retards!
Will not be using again as they are obviously incompetent!!!
