Great price, fast delivery, excellent communication ...............BUT

I ordered an Atomic Poacher Renu splitboard system and receieved the board and
skins well packaged. No bindings though! It's a complete system other than tele poles and the bindings are dedicated to the board.
My trip was a couple of weeks away and I informed them immediately.
Weeks went by, my trip came and went and my shiny new splitboard sat against the wall looking pretty. Pretty unuseable that is. I had to fork out 2 weeks hire on an expensive splitboard which not only destroyed any savings I'd made by buying in the sales but added up to much more than buying one in the ski resort when combining the purchase and hire prices. Even worse is that with that combined cost, I could have bought the much more expensive system that I really wanted but could not afford, from elsewhere.
Still no bindings............next trip is 4 weeks away!
The spliboard still looks shiny and new and unused.
Based on the above, I'm not a very happy person.
