VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED

I BOUGHT A DOZEN "PREMIUM" RED ROSES FOR MY WIFE FOR VALENTINES DAY.
THE WIFE OPENED THE BOX AND STRAIGHT AWAY NOTICED THAT THE FLOWERS WERE WILTING...THE PETALS ON MOST WERE BLACK AND THE HEADS DROOPING...
ONCE I GOT HOME FROM WORK I LOOKED AT THEM AND WAS DISGUSTED, I FELT LET DOWN, SO MUCH SO I WENT TO MY LOCAL FLORIST AND BOUGHT A DECENT DOZEN OF ROSES THAT WERE NOT ALREADY DYING., SO NOW I HAVE PAID TWICE...MY WIFE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY BUT I DON'T EXPECT TO PAY £48.70 FOR DEAD FLOWERS...
I UNDERSTAND YOU USE LOCAL FLORIST FOR YOUR ORDERS, HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT DOING YOUR BUSINESS STANDARDS ANY HELP AT ALL...
IM NOT A MOANER BUT MY WIFES FACE WHEN I GAVE HER THE SECOND BOUQUET OF FLOWERS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME LOOK SHE SHOULD OF HAD WITH YOUR FLOWERS...
I HAVE BEEN ON YOUR WEBSITE AND OPENED A "CASE" BUT STILL NO RESPONSE,
NOT VERY GOOD IS IT ???
