I had ordered a number of parts from Overclockers, one of which was a GPU that developed a fault after 9 months. After putting a post on the OCUK forum, I received a prompt reply from Bailey who assisted me in filing an RMA to return the GPU to their offices. I posted the item on Wednesday, which was received on a Thursday and within a couple of hours the part was confirmed faulty and I was informed of the next step in getting a replacement. By the end of the day, i had been notified of a replacement being shipped out under 'next day delivery' which i received by the end of the week. I got some Haribo Tangfastics too!
I highly recommend OCUK. Their customer service is one of the best i have had the pleasure of using, especially with regards to returns. The online forum is very useful in providing a simple yet efficient way of communicating with the customer service staff.
