This was my first dealing with Strings Direct , I had ordered 2 sets of acoustic strings to try them out having used the same brand on the Lowden for some time. after ten days or so they had not arrived , so I contacted the company and explained the situation . I was asked to give it a few more days just incase there was a problem with the post.
Having still not arrived I recontacted the company , they apoligised confirmed my details and the next morning the strings arrived !
Thats a company I will make future orders with ! Many thanks !
