I would have given Serenata 5 stars, however I was texted in the morning saying the flowers had left the building and by that, assumed that they were going to be delivered soon. When I rang my sister in law early afternoon, I found she still had not received them, and went down the road knocking on doors to find out where they were. They eventually arrived at her doorstep about 5.00pm. So may I suggest that Serenata changes their text to say that the flowers have left the shop and will be delivered within 1-5 hours, or something like that. My sister in law loved the flowers and I will certainly be using them again.
I was very pleased with the whole buying and delivery process.
I thought the service was excellent and my product arrived within a couple of days, nicely wrapped in a box with a little carrier bag enclosed. My only wish is they stocked more varieties of Alex and Ani.
There was a delay in getting my product, about a month! However, it was not all Beauty Bay's fault, but Royal Mail's. The product was sent back to Beauty Bay by Royal Mail, but I did have to chase and when they sent it again, it arrived quickly via First Class.
