I asked for a delivery on feb 18, but the flowers arrived on feb 19. It was for a birthday... so this is already more than unfortunate. And then I hear the roses are wilted (origin Holland if anyone is interested). So WHY would I send wilted flowers with one day delay to an elderly woman for her birthday?!?!? If the intention is TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD you succeeded!!! This is a disgrace!
Now it's been 1 MONTH!!! AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.
