Good site but disappointing delivery options

Great product, great website, "so-so" ordering experience, disappointing delivery options.

After I ordered (over £200 order with free delivery) I was told that if I wanted my order delivered to Northern Ireland I had to pay an extra £25 or else cancel order. NI is officially in the UK and when I post something to "the mainland" it costs the same as posting to an address a few doors away from me; so very frustrating when companies charge more.

Would really like to use this site to order again however the delivery charge will stop me doing this. Almost every other shopping site in the UK offers free delivery, regardless of where in the UK you live.

The order did arrive quickly and in excellent condition.
